Nominations for Hall of Fame inductees should be made on the Foundation’s approved form, available by downloading from the Athletic Hall of Fame website. Completed forms must be received at the Vintage High School Athletic Office (1375 Trower Avenue, Napa, CA 94558) by April 30, 2025.

There is a $25 nonrefundable fee for each nomination. Research and background information for each nominee must be provided by the nominator and must be documented. If additional information or clarification is necessary, please contact Maika Watanabe, the Vintage High School Athletic Director.

With the grand history of Vintage High School athletics, we are looking forward to honoring new inductees in the coming years. Please help recognize the great tradition of Vintage High School athletics by nominating deserving athletes for future consideration.
